Exactly a year ago today I re injured my knee two weeks before I set off to cycle around the world. Yesterday I did the same ride with my little Honda only to re injure it again from changing gear! Well, to be fair it never really got better. At least I only have to put up with short bursts of pain when gear changing instead of constant agony when riding a bicycle.
